How to refer

A clear path to referral.

Step 1

Initial contact

We aim to make contact within 5 working days of hearing from you.

Step 2

Consent

We agree consent with you and the young person's family before anything begins.

Step 3

Programme of support agreed

We agree how support will work, tailored to the young person from day one.

Step 4

First session

Support begins with a first session built around the young person's goals.

Safeguarding comes first

Everyone working with young people holds an enhanced DBS check and completes safeguarding training before starting. Read more about our governance and safeguarding.
